A new opportunity, Lectio Divina or “Divine Reading” is now available to all parishioners. Lectio Divina is a traditional Benedictine practice of scriptural reading, meditation and prayer intended to promote communion with God and to increase the knowledge of God’s word. Traditionally, Lectio Divina has four separate steps: read; meditate; pray; contemplate. On the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, the group will meet in the Conference Room at the Parish Hall at 1:00 P.M. They will cover the scripture for the upcoming Sunday. There are no workbooks or registration fees. Come anytime you have the opportunity; you won’t regret it. If you have any questions, please call Bill Hewitt at 707-378-3706.
