This is a national event coordinated by the Development Team at the National Council of the United States in which our parish participates. We began with a prayer led by Fr. Mervin, then walked from the Parish Hall, around Bruning Park, then down Main Street to the River Walk towards the Rio Vista Bride (Helen Madere Memorial Bridge) where we rested, drank water, then walked back to the Parish Hall. It was a beautiful, crisp morning which people and pets enjoyed!
